Cashier/Barista (Hourly plus Tips)

• Cashiers are responsible for being visible and actively greeting, engaging and assisting guests.
• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding menu items and food allergies
• Cashiers understand the Point of Sale (POS) system, and handle various tenders such as Cash, Credit, Debit cards
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare coffee drinks according to menu/recipes
• Follows ZPC operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all teammates during each shift.

• Customer service experience
• Multi-Task in high volume situations
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
