Job Summary:

Employees who operate as liaisons between the client and Super Color Digital are responsible for assisting their Account Executive and collecting all of the necessary information to create the best project for the client. The Project Manager must continually communicate with the Production Managers and clients to ensure that the client receives precisely what they wanted. Project Managers must be able to efficiently write Quotations/Work Orders. They need to take the time to watch their Work Orders throughout the Production process. Be cordial and professional with all clients and make sure that Super Color Digital and the client have the exact same vision for the merchandise that will be created.

**Please note that all qualified applicants must be able to work the scheduled hours of:

 Friday - Monday 8 am to 7 pm (note that this is a 4 day/10 hr. schedule)

 

 Job Duties:

• Write Quotations

• Update Work Orders

• Work in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Resolve issues that clients have with Quotations/Work Orders/merchandise

• Communicate with clients regarding project specifications

• Update Account Executives as to the status of current Work Orders

• Check Work Orders as they go through the Production process to make sure the merchandise will arrive at the correct time and in perfect condition

• Check that all information regarding Work Order/client’s specifications are correct before putting the Work Order into Production, make sure that Project Manager duties are completed perfectly and check that all information is complete and concise on Work Order

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge in the graphics industry
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Available by company cell phone during off hours
