Mater Dei High School is accepting applications for the full-time position of Receptionist.  This position will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include answering and transferring a high volume of calls, greeting visitors, providing support to our Business Office, and assisting in daily office activities. Must enjoy people and have an ability to multi-task in a high volume environment including, reception, purchasing, general office duties, mail, and filing.  Previous accounting experience highly desirable including entering and posting journal entries, credit card processing, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to use tools, like MS Excel and office software/equipment, and the ability to work with numbers and prepare detailed reports. Experience in a school setting and bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) preferred.
