QuickBooks Online Trainer Needed – Small Lawn Care Business (3-Month Training)

We are a small lawn care company looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online trainer to provide hands-on training over a 3-month period. The goal is to help us confidently manage our accounting and reporting in-house.

Scope of Training:

• Setting up and reviewing chart of accounts specific to lawn care/landscape services
• Creating and managing budgets
• Running and interpreting Profit & Loss and cash flow reports
• Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payments, tracking overdue accounts
• Accounts Payable: entering bills, scheduling vendor payments, expense management
• Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• General ledger account setup and training
• General best practices for maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online

Requirements:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience training or coaching small business owners (service or trades industry a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify accounting processes
• Availability for virtual and in person sessions (once or twice weekly) over the next 3 months

Preferred:

• Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, or other field service businesses
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification

• Estimated timeframe: 3 months
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends possible)
• Paid hourly or flat project fee – open to discussion
