Concessions Supervisor


Concessions Supervisors are responsible for ensuring Mallards fans receive the best experience when ordering food or beverages at a Mallards game, while also serving as a staff leader in their assigned workspaces. Interested candidates should have kitchen leadership experience, and be able to work in a fast paced, hot environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the game-day concessions staff in an assigned concession stand including runners, cashiers, cooks and beer pourers.
  • Ensure each team member is working with guests in a positive manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Communicating with full-time staff when an issue needs continued escalation.

Concessions Supervisors are hired on a part-time, seasonal basis for the Madison Mallards and Madison Softball seasons. A typical season runs from mid-May to mid-August. Scheduled hours are usually late-afternoon/evening, including weekdays and weekends. The minimum age to work as a concessions supervisor is 14 years. Candidates will be employed the Madison Mallards food and beverage company, Mendota Hospitality.

This position is eligible for tips from the stadium tip pool.
