Primary duties will consist of but not limited to:

  • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate person or location
  • Controls Service traffic flow and parking
  • Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.  Records the customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
  • Bag and tag all vehicles (places bag of driver's seat, places mat on the floor and tags vehicle with a number)
  • Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, and snow
  • Pulls completed vehicles into the service drive when the customer comes to pick their vehicle up
  • Vacuum customer vehicles
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • No experience necessary
  • On the job training provided 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current, valid Driver’s License with a driving record that meets insurance company standards
  • Willing to submit and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary
