Parts Advisor, Neepawa
We are currently seeking a reliable, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department in Neepawa, MB. This position plays a vital role in supporting our customers, service team, and overall parts operations. The successful candidate will assist with inventory management, shipping and receiving, achieving sales targets, and promoting a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.Key Responsibilities

Customer & Service Support
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Support service technicians and the service team with parts-related needs
- Address inquiries, check availability, and process orders accurately
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments
- Accurately manage outbound shipments to customers and other branches
- Handle returns in accordance with company policies
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with the parts team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist other branches when coverage is needed
- Contribute to a cooperative and team-driven work culture
Sales & Performance
- Work toward achieving and exceeding parts sales goals
- Recommend and upsell relevant parts and promotions to customers
- Track sales performance and report progress to the Parts Manager
Product Knowledge & Development
- Learn and maintain knowledge of AGCO, Claas, and third-party machinery and parts
- Stay informed on new products and technologies
- Share knowledge with the team to support a learning environment
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and help optimize stock availability
- Perform cycle counts and assist in minimizing stock discrepancies
- Recommend stocking of high-demand items
- Maximize supplier discounts through effective order timing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset)
- Experience in a parts department or customer service role; agriculture or heavy machinery experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals
- Technical knowledge of machinery/parts or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel between branches if required
- Must be able to lift and move parts weighing 50+ lbs
- Standing for extended periods and working in warehouse settings
- Overtime may be required during peak periods
