Build out your team’s retail environment with a distinctive look of success that shouts to the rest of the industry, Move over. We’re here. Develop great relationships with the distributor sales and merchandising management team to build joint business plans. Coach your fellow guardians how to partner with the distributor to accomplish more on a daily basis. Instill in your team to give their stores the same care and service you would if you owned them yourself and inspire your team to do this, by your example in the market with them. Always go above and beyond the call of duty. Engage with consumers in store, at what we call the point of thirst, to introduce them to the brand. After they taste Bai, they’ll come back looking for it again so make sure its there when they do.

The Retail Execution Manager reports into the Baiosphere District Manager and may directly supervise anywhere between 2 to 7 employees in the Baiosphere Department. This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training new employees; planning ahead, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • A proven track record of sales management experience & achievement 
  • Experience managing distributors 
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn 
  • Strong team building skills 
  • Ability to work in extremely fast-paced and evolving hyper-growth environment 
  • Experience working successfully within the changes of a growing business
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle for work purposes
