 Job Responsibilities

  • Schedules resident appointments, notifies residents and families of appointments and ensures residents arrive to/depart from appointments on time
  • Represents Regent Park positively in the community, working with the medical community to give exceptional care to residents and families Works closely with Admissions for transportation of new residents to Regent Park
  • Communicates with Regent Park staff (Nursing, Therapy, Management) when scheduling appointments and activities
  • Assists in restorative dining helping residents in need of dining assistance Assists with resident activities
  • Performs Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a current valid Nurse Aide (Certified Nurse Aide – CNA) certificate in the state of Kansas
  • Must possess a current valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
  • Must be organized and possess excellent communication skills when scheduling appointments and communicating with residents and families
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work on deadlines – time management is an essential skill for this position
  • Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times
