A well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor / Nurse Manager to join its leadership team. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who enjoys mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations on assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with NYS DOH regulations, CMS guidelines, and facility policies
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Monitor resident care, documentation, and care plan implementation
• Collaborate with DON, ADON, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with staff education, coaching, and performance management
• Respond to clinical issues, incidents, and emergencies as needed

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license (required)
• Prior RN Supervisor or Nurse Manager experience in a SNF/LTC setting
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage staff, prioritize clinical needs, and lead by example
