Positive Behavior Health Developments is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians in the Tampa Bay Area. Hours range from 25-30 hours a week. Hours can be in the morning or afternoon and take place at the home or school. Rate of pay is from $26-$31 and we can pay as W2 or Independent Contractor.

YOUR LIFE AS A BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN / ABA THERAPIST (RBT)
As a Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist, you play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive the top-quality care they deserve. You are responsible for implementing kid-centric ABA therapy while playing games and teaching them skills in a naturalist setting. Because of your client-focused approach, you work a flexible schedule that allows you to set hours based on the needs of your clients. You easily adapt to each new situation you are exposed to during sessions and maintain a compassionate and patient manner to ensure you deliver the best possible care.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Current RBT license
- Must have Medicaid Provider number
- Ability to remain client-focused when providing services
- Comfortable working around higher management
- Morning/Afternoon/Evening Hours
- Must have certificates in OSHA, HIV, HIPPA, CPR and First AID or willing to get them within 30 days of hiring.
- Liability insurance as and independent contractor
- High School Diploma
