Job Summary
We’re looking for friendly, dependable Servers to provide excellent service and create a memorable dining experience for our guests. Servers are responsible for guiding guests through our unique grill-your-own concept, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and explain the grill-your-own steakhouse concept
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve drinks, sides, and prepared items in a timely manner
• Check on guests regularly and respond to needs or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
• Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately

Qualifications

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
