The Salesforce CRM Administrator position reports directly to the Manager of Systems. They will contribute to the development and implementation of customized solutions across all business units, and meaningfully help drive org-wide adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with internal users by answering questions and providing support
Putting together training and skills upgrades and tracking progress
Manage user accounts, licensing and permissions as needed
Handle both development/admin jobs as well as support for internal staff Cases.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience administering a Salesforce.com org in either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud (Lightning).
Experience using declarative tools such Flow & the other SFDC toolset
Experience managing user permissions, profiles, roles and groups
Experience helping users adopt to Salesforce and handling incoming support requests
Uncompromising attention to detail
Proficient knowledge with Excel/Google Sheets
Adaptable in a fast pace environment
GOOD TO HAVE
Salesforce Admin Certification
Experience with Salesforce Community Sites
Experience applying AI to business use cases
Experience working with a data lake environment (data streams, data model objects, etc.)

Location: Edmonton or Winnipeg (1 vacancy)
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $50, 899 - $55, 804/year
Hybrid Position- Must report to onsite campus a minimum of 3 times per week.
