The Marketing Manager is an experienced self-starter with proven problem-solving skills and shares in our passion for innovation and elegant technology. As the primary go-to person for marketing and public relations matters, it's important to be able to work independently within an environment of change while maintaining attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.

 The Marketing Manager will support an executive management team. To support this function, the successful candidate will build superb relationships with members of our team, as well as people outside of the company.

 This is a full-time role that may occasionally require evening and weekend availability to meet deadlines and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
  • Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven knowledge at an advanced level with MS Excel, Office, and PowerPoint; ideal candidates will know how to leverage a variety of technologies on the market to meet business needs
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail and proactive planning
  • Professional, polished demeanor, with the ability to work independently with limited daily supervision
  • Intuitive: Able to see needs before they arise
  • Strong interpersonal skills used to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Highly-effective written and verbal communication skills
