is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic team
Position Summary:Demonstrates ability to
solve problems and is able to work in a group setting to plan and implement nursing care of residents
seeking assistance and guidance.
Duties and Responsibilities
may include but are not limited to:
resident care for a specific group of residents, coordinating care on a 24-hour
relationship of resident complaints to collected health history.
required skills (assessment, intervention) according to guidelines, forms,
policies and procedures.
for daily monitoring of Electronic Medical Records Dashboard (including
“alerts”, incomplete UDAs, Immunization entries, Medication/Treatment alerts,
etc.) and addressing any issues identified.
new admissions, discharges and transfers are entered in the Electronic Medical
Record ((Quick ADT) as soon as it occurred.
with other unit Licensed Nurses to ensure documentation reflects
residents/patients needs in all aspects related to MDS and care plan completion
on an ongoing basis.

short-term or sub-acute (rehabilitation) settings. Our recently renovated
