Job Summary:

The Box Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to fans by assisting with ticket sales, answering questions, and promoting upcoming games and events. This role ensures a smooth and enjoyable ticketing experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend the game-day meeting to review daily assignments, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist fans with purchasing tickets in person, over the phone, and online.
  • Data Collection of all patrons tat walk up to purchase tickets.
  • Offer optional ticket packages or upgrades to enhance the fan experience.
  • Answer questions regarding game times, promotions, and other Ballpark information.
  • Suggestively sell tickets for future games and special events.
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have good vision, hearing, and the ability to speak clearly.
  • Frequent use of hands and ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
