Our Ideal Candidate Would:

• Create memorable experiences in the most dynamic event space in Oklahoma
• Manage all incoming leads via TripleSeat, telephone, email and other channels
• Close deals and assist clients from start to finish with all event planning needs
• Manage annual sales goals by booking group events of all party sizes
• Seek out new sales opportunities and partnerships, initiating action plans and attending networking and community events to procure new business
• Build client loyalty and book repeat business
• Communicate with the service team on all event details; partners with Event Service Manager, Restaurant Managers and Chefs to ensure that each event is flawlessly executed against objectives
• Work with the restaurant operations team to establish pricing for event menus; keeps competitive pricing with other restaurants and venues in the market
• Assist marketing and operations teams with planning and executing all in-house events such as All Day Frose, New Year’s Eve, Jonestoberfest, and many more.
• Attend sales, marketing, and BEO meetings weekly with each department and prioritize emerging objectives efficiently

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event management experience with hotel, event venue, or restaurant (preferably with capacity of 300+)
• Experience with creating detailed banquet event orders and diagrams
• Proven ability to create and maintain strong client relationships
• Highly self-motivated and ability to achieve success while working autonomously 
• Experience leading a team and managing multiple personalities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
